The following payment methods are available:
Advance payment - bank transfer (all countries except CH)
The ordered products, if available, are shipped immediately after receipt of payment. For bank transfer from outside of Germany please use our International BIC and IBAN banking account details. You will find these information along with the bank code and our banking account number in the payment information that we send to you by email.
PayPal Express (all countries)
Via PayPal you can pay with your credit card - quick, easy and safe. The ordered products, if available, will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. If you are new to PayPal, you have to register at PayPal before you can use this service. No additional cost are charged for paying with PayPal. PayPal-payments are booked immediately from your credit card account. We have no influence on the internal PayPal processing.
Important note regarding shipping address:
If you pay via PayPal, we will ship only to the address you stored at PayPal. Other shipping addresses will be ignored.
Important note regarding American Express and Discover:
PayPal will always debit American Express and Discover cards in US dollar, independent of the card currency. There might be additional costs incurred due to the exchange rate! We have no influence on this.
Cash On Delivery (COD) (Germany only)
Cash On Delivery is only available for customers from Germany. There are additional cost for COD of 7.14 EUR (incl. VAT) that have to be paid by the purchaser. The invoice total will be cashed by the delivery service on delivery. Please hold the total amount ready.
Debit entries (Germany only)
Debit entries are possible only from a German bank giro account. For the debit advice procedure we need a direct debit authorization signed by the account holder. A direct debit authorization form can be printed out during the checkout procedure. Please fill out this form and send it to us by fax or mail. After we received the signed form we debit the invoice total from your banking account. Then we deliver the ordered goods.
Shipping costs:
Additional shipping and handling costs apply at each order. These costs depend on the order value and weight and are shown to you during the checkout procedure.
The delivery of the goods is taken by German Post WorldNet / DHL / GLS. Parcels to destinations in Germany are shipped CO2 neutral, see GoGreen.

up to 20g: 0.65 €
up to 50g: 1.71 €
up to 500g: 2.62 €
up to 1kg: 5.12 €
up to 30kg: 6.50 €
Shipping costs for selected EU countries:
up to 500g: 7.14 €
up to 5kg: 15.00 €
up to 10kg: 25.00 €
up to 20kg: 35.00 €
Shipping costs for CH:
up to 5kg: 30.00 €
up to 20kg: 35.00 €
The shipping costs include packing and handling as well as the VAT.
