The following payment methods are available:
Advance payment - bank transfer (all countries except CH)
The ordered products, if available, are shipped immediately after receipt of payment. For bank transfer from outside of Germany please use our International BIC and IBAN banking account details. You will find these information along with the bank code and our banking account number in the payment information that we send to you by e-mail.
PayPal Express (all countries)
Via PayPal you can pay with your credit card - quick, easy and safe. The ordered products, if available, will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. If you are new to PayPal, you have to register at PayPal before you can use this service. No additional cost are charged for paying with PayPal. PayPal-payments are booked immediately from your credit card account. We have no influence on the internal PayPal processing.
Important note regarding shipping address:
If you pay via PayPal, we will ship only to the address you stored at PayPal. Other shipping addresses will be ignored.
Important note regarding American Express and Discover:
PayPal will always debit American Express and Discover cards in US dollar, independent of the card currency. There might be additional costs incurred due to the exchange rate! We have no influence on this.
Cash On Delivery (COD) (Germany only)
Cash On Delivery is only available for customers from Germany. There are additional cost for COD of 7.14 EUR (incl. VAT) that have to be paid by the purchaser. Delivery charge is included. The invoice total will be cashed by the delivery service on delivery. Please hold the total amount ready.
Debit entries (Germany only)
Debit entries are possible only from a German bank giro account. Your sensitive banking account details are transmitted via SSL (encrypted) and can not be intercepted and viewed by third parties. The ordered items are shipped with debiting your account.
Shipping costs:
Additional shipping and handling costs apply at each order. These costs depend on the destination country (see list below) and are shown to you during the checkout procedure.
The delivery of the goods is done as insured parcel taken by DHL / GLS.
Shipping costs for Germany:
6.50 € flat
Shipping costs for EU countries:
15.00 € flat
Shipping costs for CH:
30.00 € flat
The shipping costs include packing and handling as well as the VAT.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU additional costs in the form of tariffs or import taxes may incur. These are payable by you.
Delivery time:
Almost all items listed here are in stock and ready to ship; the delivery time is only 1-3 working days within Germany or 2-5 working days to selected EU countries.
Some of our highest-quality games and rarities, however, must be custom-made in China. This may take much longer. The different delivery time is noted in the product descriptions of those items.
